SUSTAINABILITY BARRIERS AND GOOD PRACTICES IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES (POLAND, 2023)

This source dataset contains coded qualitative evidence from an exploratory multiple case study of ten manufacturing enterprises operating in Poland (data collected July-August 2023). It includes (i) a list of 40 sustainability barriers and (ii) a list of 60 sustainability good practices, each recorded as a presence matrix across anonymised companies (C1-C10). An “x” indicates occurrence of a given barrier or practice in a company. Column headers also include the organisational development phase label (P1-P5) assigned to each company as defined in the included legend sheet. The dataset is provided as raw source evidence and does not contain thematic groupings, attribute mapping, or analytical aggregation.
