Flood Directive 2007/60/EC – PGRA in force

the map service shows the current version of the hazard (floodable areas) and risk maps of the Flood Risk Management Plan (PGRA). The maps are updated in accordance with the procedures laid down in Directive 2007/60/EC (Article 14), Legislative Decree 49/2010 (Article 12) and by the Po River District Authority with Resolution of the Institutional Committee No 4 of 17 December 2015 (Article 9), updated by the Resolution of the Institutional Committee No 5 of 7 December 2016 (Article 10). the current version of the maps includes amendments to flood areas approved by the Secretary-General of the Po River District Authority with the following acts: Decree SG AdbPo No 22 of 14/4/2023 relating to the RSP – Roggia Stanga Marchesa in the Municipalities of Grumello Cremonese e Uniti and Pizzighettone (CR); Decree SG AdbPo No 20 of 14/4/2023 relating to the RSCM framework and consistent with the amendments made to Drafted 2 of the IAP in the Municipality of Livigno (SO); Decree SG AdbPo No 55 of 17/7/2023 relating to the RSCM and RSP scope and consistent with the changes made to the PAI Process 2 in the Municipalities of Rho (MI), Godiasco Salice Terme (PV), Pasturo (LC) and Gussago (BS).
