USFS Forest Type Groups of the Continental United States dataset created by Wilson (2023) available online here. Raster cell values of "0" were modified to "NULL" to reduce file size and make data more accessible compared to the image server. At the time of this analysis the Wilson (2023) dataset was last updated on Oct 18, 2023 and depicts forest type groups for the Continental United States created from USFS Forest Inventory & Analysis plot data collected from 2014-2018.
