To analyze the toxic effects of matrine on MAC-T cells. Untreated MAC-T cells were used as controls to compare transcriptome differences in matrine-treated MAC-T cells. Differential expression of related genes and changes in signaling pathways after Matrine-treated MAC-T cells analyzed by GO and KEGG enrichment.DEGs associated with cell proliferation, development, immunity, inflammation and apoptosis were screened for analysis to demonstrate the toxicity of matrine to MAC-T cells and provided new data for reducing the toxicity of matrine
