ISO Management System Audit Evidence Prompts: A 105-Item Cross-Standard Dataset

An original, machine-readable dataset of 105 non-normative internal-audit evidence prompts covering clauses 4–10 across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. Each record includes an audit intent, evidence request, example evidence, risk theme, official edition reference and a contextual practitioner guide. Fields: id, standard, edition, management_system, clause, clause_theme, audit_intent, evidence_prompt, example_evidence, risk_theme, guide_url, official_reference_url, language, normative_status, license, as_of_date. Coverage: 21 prompts per standard and three original prompts for every clause/standard combination. Reference editions include ISO 14001:2026, published in April 2026.
