资源简介:
we describe following two hypotheses: I. organic pollutions might disturb plant selective pressure and result in variable influence on root-associated microbiome. II. There might be an adaptive pattern of plant-microbe interaction in response of organic pollution, such as stability maintenance under plant-microbe symbiosis. Here, pot experiments of maize (the crop most widely cropped around the world) were designed and conducted under DEHP and no-DEHP contamination to test and verify these hypotheses, then bacterial community structures from bulk soils, rhizosphere, rhizoplane and endosphere compartments were analyzed using Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform.
