The genomic analysis of the patient's virus samples reveals the emergence of various single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) over time. Some of these SNPs were associated with sotrovimab resistance. This might suggest that the high-dose sotrovimab treatment successfully overcame resistance associated with mutations at codon 340 in this patient.
