Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Watercourses validated water policy

The Government’s instruction of 3 June 2015 asked the State services to carry out a mapping of the rivers in each department in order to implement the law on water and defining what a watercourse is.
In order to characterise watercourses, the State services, in collaboration with local actors, refer to the criteria set out in Article L. 215-7-1 of the Environmental Code:
— the presence of a bed, originally natural;
— power from a source;
— a sufficient flow rate for most of the year.
In order to determine a watercourse, all three criteria must be met in the affirmative.
The layer, continuously updated, represents the watercourses police water presented to local actors in the department of Ardennes.

法国政府于2015年6月3日发布指令，要求国家公共服务部门完成各行政省份的河流测绘工作，以贯彻水相关法律法规并明确河道的定义。
为界定河道属性，国家公共服务部门联合地方利益相关主体，参照《环境法典（Environmental Code）》第L.215-7-1条规定的判定标准：
— 拥有原生自然河床；
— 存在水源补给；
— 一年中多数时段具备足够流量。
判定河道时，必须同时满足上述全部三项标准。
