资源简介:
Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is a serious zoonosis pathogen which leads to high mortality by targeting the central nervous system (CNS) and causing excessive neuroinflammation. Histone methylation, a kind of important and widespread type of epigenetic modification has been known to influence multiple biological processes including the inflammatory response. Hence, as seen in various diseases, EZH2-mediated histone modifications are implicated in the over-production of inflammatory mediators. While the exact role of the H3K27 methyl mark in the inflammatory response induced by JEV is still an unclear issue. Thus, this study sought to investigate the role of EZH2-mediated histone modifications in JEV-induced inflammatory process of microglia.
