Data Source Data was collected including member information, consumption time, days since last consumption, consumption frequency, consumption amount and other relevant data of Jiuzhou Pharmacy Houren Road Store in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. 2. Data Processing Based on the collected data, the following indicators of the store's members within the one-year statistical cycle were analyzed: consumption amount (total expenditure of a member within the statistical cycle), consumption frequency (member's purchase frequency), consumption cycle (time interval between member's consumptions to judge their activeness), and days since last consumption. Among them, F value greater than a is considered high, M value greater than b is considered high, and R value greater than c is considered high.
