An automated feeding system for the African killifish reveals effects of dietary restriction on lifespan and allows scalable assessment of associative learning

To study the effect of dietary restriction on killifish, we generated transcriptomes (RNA-seq) for the livers and brains of male and female killifish that had been subjected to different dietary treatements. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the livers and brains of male and female killish that had been subjected the dietary treatment (ad libitum vs. dietary restriction) for 5 weeks.
