The purpose of the study is to elucidate the nature of the glial networks that forms the tumor microenvironment of cancer brain metastasis, and to develop innovative treatment strategies for metastatic brain tumors. In this research project, we aim to elucidate the whole picture of the glial networks that affects the survival and proliferation of cancer cells by spatial gene expression analysis in a mouse model of cancer brain metastasis.
