Discrepancies in invalidity pensions between women and men

This dataset presents the gender gaps in direct disability pensions by scheme and year. For each scheme, year and type of direct entitlement, the indicator is the women’s pension relative to that of men minus 1. A negative value indicates that women’s pensions are lower than that of men, while a positive value indicates that women’s pensions are higher than that of men. For example, under the general scheme in 2019, women’s average direct disability pension is 21.1 % lower than that of men.本数据集呈现了按计划与年度划分的直接伤残抚恤金性别差距。 针对每一计划、年度及直接待遇类型，该指标为女性抚恤金与男性抚恤金的比值减1。若指标为负值，代表女性抚恤金水平低于男性；若为正值，则代表女性抚恤金水平高于男性。 例如，2019年通用计划项下，女性平均直接伤残抚恤金较男性低21.1%。
