Long-term cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis determines wogonoside formation by rhizosphere microorganisms

The findings could facilitate the understanding of the mechanisms and reasons for the reduction of pharmacodynamic components in S. baicalensis under long-term cultivation from the perspective of soil nutrients and microorganisms, which could facilitate in the future artificial cultivation and management of medicinal plants.
