Replication Package for "AIOps with LLMs in Cloud and Microservices Incident Management: A Systematic Mapping Study"

This repository contains the replication package for the systematic mapping study "AIOps with LLMs in Cloud and Microservices Incident Management: A SystematicMapping Study".

The package includes the following artifacts:

articles.xls: This file contains the list of studies identified and those selected during the systematic mapping process. For each study, the dataset includes bibliographic metadata such as title, authors, publication year, venue, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

data_extraction.xls: Full data extraction form with fields aligned to the four research questions (Q1–Q4), including task taxonomy, LLM families and models, operational data types, evaluation metrics, and reproducibility indicators.

data_extraction.sql: This file contains SQL scripts generated from the data available in the data_extraction.xls dataset. The SQL representation of the extracted data enables the execution of queries to support data processing, aggregation, and analysis of the extracted information.

The systematic mapping followed the PRISMA guidelines and the PICO framework.The search was conducted in January 2026 across ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore,Scopus, and Engineering Village.
