Dataset underlying the publication: Probing nanomotion of single bacteria with graphene drums

Bacteria nanomotion dataset before and after antibiotics. Data are ordered in a MATLAB table where each row represents a single measurement, and the columns contain the following information: raw data, date, antibiotic, antibiotic concentration (0 if no antibiotic is present), drum label. Drum label can be used to identify matching measurements on the same drum before and after antibiotic.

抗生素处理前后的细菌纳米运动数据集（Bacteria nanomotion dataset）采用MATLAB表格格式组织，每行对应一次独立测量，各列依次存储以下信息：原始数据、测量日期、抗生素种类、抗生素浓度（无抗生素时取值为0）、转鼓标签。转鼓标签可用于匹配同一转鼓在抗生素处理前后的对应测量数据。
