Phosphinidine-Palladium Complexes for the Polymerization and Oligomerization of Ethylene

Several cationic palladium complexes containing bulky phosphinidine-imine, phosphinidine-sulfide, and imine-sulfide ligands have been prepared. These complexes catalyze the
oligomerization and polymerization of ethylene with moderate to high rates (for palladium
catalysts) and display higher stability compared to diimine-palladium systems.
