Metagenomic analysis was done to analyze the prokaryotic and eukaryotic diversity of soil treated with cow dung based bioformulations (Jeevamrit, Beejamrit, Ghanjeevamrit, Matkakhad) prepared from indigenous and exotic cow breeds against untreated soil in natural farming system.
