Development plan Barmbek-Nord 32 Hamburg (Recovery)

The development plan Barmbek-Nord 32 for the area of application Bramfelder Straße, Habichtstraße, Dieselstraße and U-Bahn (district Hamburg-Nord, district 426) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Bramfelder Straße — Habichtstraße — Dieselstraße — across the parcel 5240, west and north of the parcel 4602 of the area Barmbek — U-Bahn (Flurstück 3394 of the Barmbek area).针对布拉姆费尔德大街（Bramfelder Straße）、哈比希特大街（Habichtstraße）、迪塞尔大街（Dieselstraße）及汉堡市北426街区地铁（U-Bahn）沿线区域制定的巴姆贝克北32号开发方案已正式确立。该区域的边界划定如下：布拉姆费尔德大街—哈比希特大街—迪塞尔大街—穿过5240号地块，沿巴姆贝克区域4602号地块西侧与北侧延伸，直至对应巴姆贝克区域3394号地块的地铁沿线。
