Replication Materials for Earnings-Based Performance Funding in Ohio: Institutional Allocations under a Fixed Appropriation

This archive reproduces the institution-level FY2026 Ohio public-university post-graduation-employment (PSEO) allocation and the fixed-pool formula and input comparisons reported in the associated manuscript. It contains redistributable public inputs, source metadata and SHA-256 checksums, Python 3.12 analysis code, derived results, and figure-generation code. The analysis covers all 14 recipient universities and reconstructs 618 published PSEO values. No private or individual-level data are included. Ohio administrative workbooks that are not redistributed are retrieved from official URLs and verified by hash. The annual-FTE source workbook and the derivation of seven hand-entered Athens ACS values remain documented source limitations.
