Single cell gene expression in mouse Hematopoietic cell and Blood after Plasmodium stimulated

Plasmodium infection induced change in the Bone marrow and Blood cells. Here we addressed whether a prior Plasmodium infection would imapct the cell type and gene expression of Bone marrow and Blood cells by single cell RNA-seq. Overall design: Mice were infected with Plasmodium yoelii for 4 weeks and subjected to CLP-induced sepsis for twenty-four hours. Bone marrow were harvest and sort by FACS for single cell RNA-seq. PBMC were harvest for single cell RNA-seq .
