Statistics of Actual Use in North Rhine-Westphalia

The basis for the statistics on actual use is that, according to the Agricultural Statistics Act, an area survey is generally carried out annually for the reporting period 31.12. of the previous year in Germany. Survey characteristics are the soil areas according to the type of actual use. Survey units of the land survey are municipalities and non-municipal areas. The authorities responsible for keeping the real estate register in accordance with state law are required to provide information for the area survey. In NRW, the Geodata Center at Geobasis NRW performs this task in accordance with the real estate cadastral decree. For this purpose, the secondary database of real estate registers is evaluated. All types of use of the user species groups are processed into the areas of settlement, traffic, vegetation and water according to the usage species catalogue NRW (see Annex 1 to the Property Register Order NRW at www.recht.nrw.de).A complete list and further information can be found in the document “Supplementary Information”. The surfaces are determined for actual use taking into account the distortion of the image from the geometric ALKIS objects and are not compared to the book area of the parcels below. Only the types of use on the Earth’s surface are taken into account. The overlapping uses (e.g. road over river) are not evaluated. The treatment contains the official key, the name and the aggregated uses (each type of use area, usage group and type of use) for each municipality, district or district-free city, administrative district and for NRW, with data on the floor area in square meters. Status of the data used: 31.12.2022.本实际使用统计的依据为：根据《农业统计法》，德国通常会针对上一年度12月31日的报告期开展年度面积调查。调查的核心特征为按实际使用类型划分的土壤面积；本次土地调查的统计单元为自治市及非自治市区域。依照州法负责维护不动产登记簿的主管部门需为该面积调查提供数据。北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州（NRW）中，Geobasis NRW（北威州基础地理信息平台）下属的地理数据中心依照《不动产地籍法令》承担此项工作，为此将对不动产登记簿的二级数据库开展评估。所有用户类型组的使用类型均按照NRW使用类型目录（详见北威州不动产登记令附件1，网址：www.recht.nrw.de）归类为居住、交通、植被及水域四类用地。完整列表及更多详情可参阅《补充说明》文档。本次实际使用地表面积的测算已考虑几何ALKIS（自动化地籍信息系统）对象的影像畸变因素，且不与宗地簿载面积进行比对；仅统计地球表面的用地类型，重叠用地（如跨河道路）不计入评估范围。本次统计成果包含各自治市、县、非县辖城市、行政区及北威州的官方编码、名称及汇总后的用地数据（含各类用地面积、用地组及用地类型），单位为平方米。所用数据的基准日期为2022年12月31日。
