数据内容包括包含了1980-1990年黄河流域223个县水保措施数据，包括总土地面积、水土流失面积、治理面积、水平梯田面积、水平条田、坝地、其它造地造林、基本农田、人工种草、封山育林有效水地面积，以及水库数量及库容信息
The dataset contains soil and water conservation measure data for 223 counties in the Yellow River Basin from 1980 to 1990. The covered indicators include total land area, soil erosion area, area under soil erosion control, area of horizontal terraces, horizontal strip fields, dammed farmland, other land reclamation and afforestation, basic farmland, artificial grass planting, effective irrigated area from closed mountain afforestation, as well as the number of reservoirs and their storage capacities.
