China green technology innovation urban network 2015-2021 dataset

The author generates an enterprise cooperation matrix based on the green technology cooperation patent data of enterprises from 2015 to 2021, with each year as a time window. The enterprise-level cooperation matrix is mapped to the city level based on the enterprise's business registration address, thus obtaining the green technology innovation cooperation matrix at the city level. The joint application data for green technology patents was manually compiled by the author from the Incopat patent database, and the green technology patent classification number was searched by referring to the internationally recognized "International Patent Classification Green List." The patent details were obtained from the Incopat patent database, including patent application number, patent owner, application date, IPC classification number, applicant's business registration address, and other various information.
