Bacterial symbionts isolated from root nodules of the legume Oxytropis tragacantoides, collected in the Altai region of Russia.

The study of nodule bacteria of the legume Oxytropis tragacanthoides growing in Altai will complement and extend the spectrum of microsymbionts for this plant genus. Whole genome sequence analysis of the isolates obtained will allow their agricultural potential for the formation of new pasture phytocenoses to be assessed.
