This dataset contains the public announcement information of the handling results for the registration (change registration) of collectively-owned construction land use rights and the ownership of buildings and structures in Dongguan City over the years. In support of the government service affairs handling result publishing work of Dongguan City, this dataset collects the unique handling number, handling time and final result assigned by the system during the service processing, and the collected data has been cleaned and organized in accordance with the *Specification for Data Collection of Government Service Affairs Handling Process on Guangdong Government Service Website*. If detailed data of such government service handling records is required for usage, it shall be subject to the data linked by each relevant unit.
