以油松、落叶松、马尾松和降香黄檀人工林为研究对象,结合树种配置、林龄、密度调整等经营措施,定量研究凋落物的分解动态及其在人工林土壤碳动态及养分循环中的作用;揭示土壤微生物组成多样性对人工林经营措施的响应机理;定量描述土壤有机质转化和累积的微生物过程机制,探讨土壤有机质积累、分解及其周转的微生物特征及其调控机制;针对不同经营措施,准确量化不同功能微生物对碳转化的相对贡献,揭示调控元素循环的关键微生物过程及机理,阐明人工林地力演变的内在机理与经营措施的关系。
This study takes the plantations of Pinus tabuliformis, Larix gmelinii, Pinus massoniana and Dalbergia odorifera as research subjects, combines silvicultural measures such as species configuration, stand age adjustment and density regulation to quantitatively investigate the decomposition dynamics of litter and its role in soil carbon dynamics and nutrient cycling of these plantations. It reveals the response mechanism of soil microbial community diversity to artificial forest silvicultural measures, quantitatively describes the microbial process mechanisms underlying soil organic matter (SOM) transformation and accumulation, and explores the microbial characteristics and their regulatory mechanisms of SOM accumulation, decomposition and turnover. For different silvicultural measures, the study accurately quantifies the relative contributions of different functional microorganisms to carbon transformation, reveals the key microbial processes and mechanisms regulating elemental cycling, and clarifies the relationship between the intrinsic mechanism of soil fertility evolution of plantations and silvicultural measures.
