De-identified dataset: knee extensor peak torque, sprint speed, and change of direction deficit in youth female soccer players

De-identified dataset supporting the cross-sectional study of the efficiency paradox between knee extensor peak torque and change of direction deficit in elite youth female soccer players (n = 43 field sample; n = 22 isokinetic subsample). The file contains 43 athlete records and 113 variables covering anthropometry, vertical and horizontal jumps, drop jumps and reactive strength, 5-20 m linear sprints, a 100-degree zigzag change-of-direction test, the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, and concentric isokinetic knee dynamometry at 60 and 240 degrees per second; semicolon-separated, UTF-8 encoded. Direct identifiers (name, document number, birth date) have been removed. Access is restricted to protect the privacy of the minor participants.
