Dataset for Spatiotemporal Evolution and Nonlinear Driving Mechanisms of Habitat Quality in Complex Mountainous Areas

This dataset contains the foundational spatial data matrices and the Python source code (coupling Random Forest-SHAP and Optimal Parameters-based Geographical Detector) utilized for identifying the ecological thresholds and nonlinear driving mechanisms of habitat quality in Enshi Prefecture, China (2000-2025).
