Dataset for "Effects of mycorrhizal fungi and the functional diversity of plants on ecosystem functioning: an experimental approach"

*** updated version according to revisions *** Dateset for the analysis of an experiment using simplified grassland communities with forbs and grasses to evaluate the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and their diversity on plant biomass production. Plant communities differed in the proportion of grasses to also assess the mediation of plant functional composition on AMF effects. Uploaded are the datasets for data analysis (expdat.csv, expdat_dna.csv) and biomass estimations via allometries (seedling_database_without_OUTLIERS.csv). For parameter description is also uploaded a metadata.xlsx file, with one worksheet for each dataset (data analysis, seedling biomass). The R-Code for analysis using the single work-sheets can be found in the associated GitHUB repository, see url below.
