资源简介:
Breast cancer patient-derived xenografts (PDX's) from the Mayo Clinic Breast Cancer Genome Guided Therapy Study (BEAUTY) (Goetz et. al. JNCBI 2017) were used to establish two immortalized, breast cancer cell lines (Zhuang et. al., NPG, 2020). The two PDX samples were derived from two different breast cancer patients of different clinical subtypes, Triple Negative and HER2+. Whole-exome sequencing was performed for each sample of these matched PDX-cell line pairs. The genomic profiles of the samples were presented and compared (Zhuang et. al. NPG, 2020). Whole-exome sequencing of patient blood and primary tumor were previously reported (Goetz et. al. JNCBI 2017). and made available in dbGAP study phs001050.v1.p1 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001050.v1.p1).
