The Directory of Public Administrations includes the effective staff at the service of Basque administrations, both in the general administration (Basque Government) and in the institutional administration (autonomous bodies and public bodies of private law in the Autonomous Community), as well as in the foral and local institutions. It also includes those legal units that depend on at least 50 % of any public institution.《巴斯克公共行政机构名录》(Directory of Public Administrations) 收录供职于巴斯克各级公共行政部门的在岗人员，覆盖一般行政体系（巴斯克政府）、制度性行政体系（巴斯克自治区内的公法自治机构与私法公共机构），以及省域与地方公共机构。此外，该名录还纳入由任意公共机构控股50%及以上的法定单位。
