Water Framework Directive Section 4 Discharges

This is a points Dataset of licensed and licensable Section 4 Discharges to water to support the characterisation of waterbodies for the 2nd Cycle of River Basin Management Planning. These sites were collected by RPS, upon Appointment by EPA in October 2015. This Dataset takes in account, among other datasets, the Section 4s Dataset developed in 2005 as Point Source pressures for the Article 5 Characterisation and Risk Assessment Report for the Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC; (European Communities (Water Policy) Regulations 2003 (SI 722 of 2003)).本数据集为经许可及可许可的第4条水体排放（Section 4 Discharges）点位数据集，旨在支撑第二轮流域管理规划周期的水体特征表征工作。此类点位由RPS于2015年10月受环境保护署（EPA）委托采集。本数据集除纳入其他相关数据集外，还包含2005年编制的第4条排放数据集，该数据集曾作为点源（Point Source）压力数据，用于《2000/60/EC欧盟水框架指令（Water Framework Directive）》的第5条特征表征与风险评估报告；对应法规为《2003年欧洲共同体（水政策）条例（2003年第722号法定文书）》（European Communities (Water Policy) Regulations 2003 (SI 722 of 2003)）。
