Site Data from Archaeological Evaluation and Metal Detector Survey at Woodland Planting Belt at Lion Road, Palgrave, Suffolk, September 2023

This collection consists of images, text, spreadsheets, databases and site records from an archaeological evaluation and metal detector survey by ECUS Ltd at the woodland planting belt, Lion Road, Palgrave, Suffolk, in September 2023. The evaluation trenches identified three features, a pit, a large pit or hollow, and a post-medieval or modern gully while the metal detector survey did not find any pre-modern material.
