EV-miRNAs as biomarkers of breast cancer recurrence

To evaluate the miRNAs expression related to breast cancer recurrence This retrospective observational study utilized convenience sampling and was conducted at the Molecular Oncology Research Center of the Barretos Cancer Hospital. Initially, a total of 177 medical records of women with BC were available at the Biobank of Barretos Cancer Hospital (20). However, only 24 patients were by all the inclusion criteria previously described. Samples were divided into two groups: group 1 represents the samples with BC recurrence (n=10), and group 2 was without recurrence disease (n=13).
