This file contains simulated reads from Oxford Nanopore Technologies and PacBio sequencing of 2500 fusion genes. Original fusion gene sequences were taken from Haas et al.,Genome Biol., 2019 and data was simulated with Badread version 0.1.5, using 25 combinations of read identity levels (75-95%) and coverage levels (1-100 reads).
This data was used to assess the sensitivity of the long read fusion finder JAFFAL, https://github.com/Oshlack/JAFFA
