To explore the tumor-promoting mechanism of the Ifi35 gene, we measured the gene expression changes after knocking out Ifi35. Subsequent analysis of DEGs and GSEA revealed that knockout of Ifi35 affected CCL2 gene expression and activation of cholesterol homeostasis pathways.
