RNA microarray was performed from glioma cell LN229 and GBM8401 that were treated with Momordicine (10 microM) for 48hr in comparison to DMSO vehicle control Overall design: To study the growth inhibition of glioma cells in response to Momordicine treatment, total 8 samples were prepared from glioma cells LN229 and GBM8401 for RNA extraction and hybridization on OneArray® Gene Microarrays. glioma cells treated with Momordicine or DMSO, which is taken as vehicle control samples (control).
