Bayesian phylogeny of Aphelocoma from cytochrome b gene

This is a phylogeny generated in BEAST of the entire genus Aphelocoma (and outgroups) based on cytochrome b sequences from GenBank and those generated for Western Scrub-Jays for this study.本研究利用BEAST软件构建了丛鸦属（Aphelocoma）全体类群（含外类群（outgroups））的系统发育树，所用序列包括从基因序列数据库（GenBank）获取的细胞色素b（cytochrome b）序列，以及本次研究针对西丛鸦（Western Scrub-Jay）所获得的序列。
