Upgrade of Elizabeth Drive from east of Mamre Road to Luddenham Road Badgerys Creek: Director-General's Report, Section 115C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, April 1996

The proposal is to upgrade a 9.4 km section of Elizabeth Drive from about 400 metres east of Mamre Road to Luddenham Road, located some 10 km north west of the Liverpool CBD (see Figure 1). The upgraded road would have two lanes in each direction with a landscaped median and would include a grade separated intersection at Mamre Road and at the entrance to the proposed airport at Badgerys Creek (currently the subject of Commonwealth assessment procedures).
