PTM Splicing Analysis: Supplementary Data

This contains all raw data and analysis for the manuscript titled "A systematic analysis of the effects of splicing on the diversity of post-translational modifications in protein isoforms<b>"</b>. Folders contain data on PTMs projected onto alternative isoforms using our computational pipeline, as well as data generated from the analysis of this information. All data necessary to replicate the analysis and figures in this work can be found here, unless it can be downloaded elsewhere from an external database (TCGA, PhosphoSitePlus, etc.).本数据集包含题为《可变剪接对蛋白质异构体翻译后修饰多样性的系统性分析》的手稿所需的全部原始数据及分析结果。本数据集的文件夹中收录了通过本研究计算分析流程投射至可变剪接异构体的翻译后修饰（Post-translational Modifications, PTMs）相关数据，以及基于该信息开展分析得到的结果数据。本研究中复现分析过程与图表所需的全部数据均可在此处获取，除非相关数据可从外部数据库（如癌症基因组图谱（The Cancer Genome Atlas, TCGA）、磷酸化位点数据库（PhosphoSitePlus）等）另行下载。
