Identification of Novel Biomarkers of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia model

In order to study the gene expression changes in neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) induced by hyperoxia, we used a rat model to detect the gene expression changes in the control group (A) and hyperoxia group (O) after birth.为探究高氧诱导的新生儿支气管肺发育不良（bronchopulmonary dysplasia, BPD）相关基因表达变化，本研究采用大鼠模型，对出生后对照组（A组）与高氧暴露组（O组）的基因表达变化进行检测。
