Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of Mice Glioma Cells co-cultured with OB Neurons

Glioma cells which were co-cultured with OB neurons and stimulated by 20ng/ml IGF-1 compared to those without IGF-1 stimulation. Overall design: mRNA profiles of glioma cells co-cultured with OB neurons after IGF-1 stimulation Glioma cells were collected from the tumor mouse model with mixed background including CD-1 and C57BL/6. OB Neurons were collected from C57BL/6 mice.
