基于微博热点数据、APP开发主动上传等多源信息，采用网络爬虫等信息抓取技术，获取灾后民众等多主体多源信息下的道路中断、通讯中断、断电、死亡人数、受伤人数等信息。
Based on multi-source information including Weibo hot spot data and actively uploaded data from APP developers, information scraping technologies such as web crawlers were used to collect information such as road disruptions, communication outages, power outages, the number of fatalities and the number of injuries from multiple entities including disaster-affected residents in post-disaster scenarios.
