MSB1 cell lines stably expressing the circular RNA molecule circRUNX2.2 derived from the RUNX2 gene as well as its start codon mutant circRUNX2.2-ATG(ATG delete), with its backbone plasmid pcl-ciR5 (Gene Pharma) as a negative control, two replicates of each group of samples for a total of six samples including the RNA and lncRNA transcriptome sequencing results.MSB1 cell line is a type of chicken lymphoma cell line.The aim of the experiment was to investigate the functional role of this cyclic RNA molecule that is differentially highly expressed in tumour tissue samples.
