To explore the effect of magnetic mechanical force mediated by magnetic nanoparticles in a gradient magnetic field environment on the repair phenotype of Schwann cells in injured sciatic nerves, we established a rat sciatic nerve crush injury model and locally injected magnetic nanoparticles under the epineurium at the distal end of the crush site. After modeling, the rats were exposed to a gradient magnetic field environment daily to subject the injured sciatic nerve to magnetic force stimulation. On the 7th day after magnetic force stimulation, the sciatic nerve tissue at the distal end of the crush site was collected for mRNA transcriptome sequencing to observe the effect of magnetic force stimulation mediated by magnetic nanoparticles on the gene expression profile in the sciatic nerve.
