The HDF5 file consists of four datasets: /30s/data_fixed_and_stained_9900eV, /30s/data_fixed_and_stained_13800eV, /30s/data_living_9900eV, /30s/data_living_13800eV. Every dataset describes an experimental condition. It is a list of reconstructed phase shift pixel values that is accumulated from individual acquisition datasets. The mean and median values (means, medians) of those contributing individual datasets are listed as attributes. Moreover, the global_mean and global_median are stored as attributes for each dataset. Origin of the data: Masked RAAR phase reconstructions based on processed holograms of cells.
