Number of payment plans requested via MyMinfin (ePaymentPlan)

Since 2021, citizens and businesses can submit a payment plan request electronically via the MyMinfin platform. If the citizen or business applying for a payment plan through this channel fulfils a number of conditions (e.g. application within the deadline, limited duration of the plan, etc.), the plan can even be granted automatically. This is a major advantage of using this channel. This e-service was only made available in the course of 2021 and is the ideal platform for requesting a fast and simple payment plan. The FPS Finance will continue to encourage the use of this channel and add new features that will make its use even easier. In 2022, 74 % of the payment plans requested by this means were automatically granted in this way.自2021年起，公民与企业可通过MyMinfin平台以电子方式提交还款计划申请。若通过该渠道提交还款计划申请的主体满足多项条件（如在截止期限内提交申请、计划时长符合限定要求等），申请甚至可自动获批——这正是使用该渠道的核心优势。此项电子服务于2021年正式上线，是快速、便捷提交还款计划申请的理想平台。联邦公共服务财政署（FPS Finance）将持续推广该渠道的使用，并新增功能以进一步简化操作流程。2022年，通过该渠道提交的还款计划申请中，有74%以自动获批的方式通过审核。
