Against the backdrop of the increasing global risk of stroke, research on clinical symptoms and clinical decision-making for stroke has become particularly necessary. High-quality, large-scale and sufficiently abundant clinical text data serves as the foundation for clinical text research. We have collected a multimodal MRI dataset involving 5788 patients with acute ischemic stroke, which, to the best of our knowledge, is the largest stroke dataset containing detailed and complete clinical text data. The release of this dataset is of great significance for promoting the development of AI models that aim to diversify analytical methods. These models explore a series of currently human-reliant learnable standardized or repetitive tasks, including disease-related scoring calculations such as the Aspect score, prognosis prediction, treatment option selection, lesion labeling and lesion segmentation.
