This dataset contains phenological camera observation data from the Downstream Mixed Forest Station of the Heihe River Basin Surface Process Comprehensive Observation Network, covering the period from May 1 to September 28, 2023. The station is situated at Sidaoqiao, Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia, with its underlying surface dominated by Populus euphratica and Tamarix ramosissima. The observation point has coordinates of 101.1335°E, 41.9903°N, and an elevation of 874 m. For phenological period calculation, phenological indicators are first computed based on regions of interest (ROIs), such as the Green Chromatic Coordinate (GCC). The formula for GCC is GCC = G/(R+G+B), where R, G, and B denote the pixel values of the red, green, and blue channels of the image, respectively. Subsequently, data quality control, invalid value imputation, and filtering smoothing are applied to the dataset. Finally, key phenological parameters including the start date, peak, and end date of the growing season are determined through growth curve fitting.
